Ballbusting Reward From Boss

Disclaimer: This actually is the best video I have ever made My best employee is a bit of a difficult situation. He works so hard, does some of the best work in my company, but he is a sneaky pervert who keeps staring at my boots and my legs. At first I thought he was just a foot freak, but then I realized that it was something more. He wanted me to dominate him, to kick him in his balls. He wanted his pretty little boss to destroy his manhood. So at his performance review I offered to make his dreams come true! I mean I had to do something, this poor guy works so hard for me, I had to give him something in return. Plus it has been a stressful quarter so what a great way for me to work some of that stress off. I really think this is a win-win. I am such a great boss. I do have to say though, I do not think he was expecting me to go that hard on him. His poor ball could hardly take it. Kick after kick!! But he loved it. I ended the video with an opportunity for him. I wont stop kicking you until you fall down. As long as you can stay on your feet I will keep kicking, but when you fall, it is over, and time to go back to work. Soon I was kicking as hard as I possibly could and he was just teetering there trying desperately to stay on his feet despite the agony. Ha, it was hilarious! What a great time! I think I will need to treat all of my employees this way.
